  1. Legal name on checkout: Peptide Restore, LLC — not Restore Peptides (New Mexico).
  2. SKU name exactly. Restore blend is a product, not the company. Glow, Restore blend, and Klow are different.
  3. Lot ID from the product page and, when you have the vial, from the vial. They must match.
  4. Open that lot's COA PDF. Confirm the lab named is Freedom Diagnostics.
  5. Look up the search code at FreedomDiagnosticsTesting.com. If it doesn't match, the PDF is not verified.
