This page explains the difference and shows our results — ten certificates from one vendor, each looked up at the lab that issued it.

The three strings that have to match

Lot on the vial → lot on the listing → lot on the certificate. Then a fourth: the certificate's search code has to return that same certificate from the lab's public lookup. One break in the chain and the lot is undocumented.

We pulled ten certificates from the vendor's product pages and looked each one up at Freedom Diagnostics. Eight matched — same document, byte for byte. Two were not found.

Verified — the lab's own database returned the same document, byte for byte.

Unverified — the lab couldn't find it, or something doesn't match.

Nothing on file — no document exists to check.

Numbers are per lot, from the lab's own copy of each certificate. They are not product claims.

What we found, honestly

The products test as labeled. Identity confirmed on every verified lot; endotoxin passed wherever it was run.
The listing's "meets or exceeds 99%" is not supported by 6 of the 8 verified lots. Blends read lower by nature — one purity number across two or three peaks. Read the lot, not the listing.
Two of the newest certificates aren't in the lab's index. Neighboring codes are. It reads like a filing lag, not fabrication. Still unverified until it resolves. We've noted it for the vendor and the lab.
Thymosin beta-4 ran under label on three blend lots (9.0–9.6 mg on a 10 mg label). Net content per component is the only place a blend ratio is actually measured.
Restore blend: only the 10/5/5 variant has a certificate. The 10/10/10 variant has nothing on file.
Older certificates carry "Lot N/A." The newer format (June 2026) fixes this.

We apply the same checklist to every vendor, including the one we link to. When something fails, it goes on the page.

Where the product was made. Whether it is safe or does anything in people. Anything about a lot that wasn't tested.
