Peptide Background Check (“PBC,” “we,” “us”) is an educational website at peptidebackgroundcheck.com. It is operated by Dearie Digital LLC. This page explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who helps us run the site, and the choices you have.
Research use only · not for human consumption · not medical advice. We do not sell products on this site.
Peptide Background Check publishes the public record on research peptides: regulator status, published literature, and third-party lab documents. It is an information site, not a store.
We only collect personal information you choose to give us, plus basic technical information that any website receives when you visit.
| Where | What we collect | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Checklist form (“The 6-document checklist”) | First name and email address | To email you the checklist and reply if you write back |
| Background check form (“Request a background check”) | A product link or lot number, and your email address | To look up the documents for that product or lot and email you what we found |
| Web chat | Your name and email address (both required), and the messages you type | To answer your question in the chat or by email |
| Emails you send us | Your email address and whatever you write | To reply to you |
| Automatically, when you visit | IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, the page that referred you, and the date and time of your visit | To run the site, keep it secure, and see which pages are read |
Our web chat requires your name and email address. It has no phone field and no SMS consent box, and we do not send SMS.
Please don’t send us health information. We don’t ask for it and we can’t give medical advice. If you include it in a message, we will only use it to reply to you.
We do not add you to a newsletter, a promotional email sequence, or a broadcast list because you used a form or the chat. If that ever changes, we will update this policy first and give you a clear way to opt out.
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the site, and only so they can do that work for us:
__cf_bm security cookie. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or transfer of this website, in which case this policy would continue to apply to your information.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Peptide Background Check is run by Dearie Digital LLC (San Diego, CA). Dearie Digital LLC is an affiliate of Peptide Restore (Utah) and Capstone Peptides (Capstone Holdings LLC) and may earn a commission if you later make a purchase from them. This does not change what we publish: every vendor gets the same documentation checks, including Peptide Restore. Peptide Restore (Utah) is not Restore Peptides (New Mexico). We do not send Peptide Restore your name, email address, or messages. We do not sell, ship, or handle any product. If you visit a vendor’s website, that business collects and uses your information under its own privacy policy, not this one.
Our website platform, forms, and chat use cookies and similar browser storage so the pages, forms, and chat work (for example, to keep a chat conversation open while you move between pages) and to count page views. We see those counts through our website platform’s built-in statistics and Cloudflare’s web analytics. We do not use Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager.
Our form provider’s code loads a standard Meta (Facebook) script file when one of our forms appears, so your browser contacts Meta’s servers and Meta receives your IP address and browser information. We have not set up a Meta pixel, and we do not send Meta what you type into our forms.
Cloudflare sets __cf_bm, a short-lived security cookie used for bot and abuse checks. HighLevel sets msgsndr_id, a visitor ID cookie that lasts about 1 year. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site, like the chat, may not work without them.
Do Not Track: our site does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals, because there is no single accepted standard for them; we don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
This site links to other websites, including government pages, published research, laboratory lookup pages, and a vendor’s website. We don’t control those sites and this policy doesn’t cover them. Please read their privacy policies.
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires. We keep form, chat and email records for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them. When we no longer need it, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.
Depending on where you live, you may have other rights under local law. Contact us and we will respond as the law in your location requires.
We use reasonable measures to protect the information you give us, and we limit who can see it. No website, email, or storage system is completely secure, so we can’t promise absolute security.
This site is not meant for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under that age. If you believe someone under that age has given us their information, contact us and we will delete it.
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the “Last updated” date at the top. If a change is significant, we will make it clear on the site.
